What should I expect?

We aim to provide the highest standard of care, and take our time to ensure we understand your pain, limitations and concerns. The consultation involves a one on one session with a qualified physiotherapist, in which a thorough examination will be completed to determine an accurate diagnosis. Once a clear diagnosis is established, a treatment plan can then be formulated which generally involves manual therapy, massage and exercise prescription. In cases which are more severe and management is out of our scope, onward referral to appropriate specialists will be completed.

Do I need a referral?

No referrals are required to book an appointment with Physio Reform. We are registered ACC providers and can create ACC claims on site.

Is there a waiting list?

Our team is very busy, but we usually can book an appointment within 24 – 48 hours. To the best of our ability, we aim to accommodate walk ins, but this is not always possible. It is recommended to call us, our send us an online enquiry to arrange a suitable time.

Parking for clinics?

Each site has convenient parking around the clinic. If you are unsure about where to park, feel free to call us to discuss further.

What should I wear?

Ideally, wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Your physio therapist will require access to the body site in question so be sure to prepare for this. For lower body injuries, wearing shorts or loose track pants is recommended. For neck and shoulder injuries, wearing a singlet to expose the area is helpful.
